60 KHz Probe 12mm Digital Eddy Current Conductivity Meter

 

 

HEC-100 series of eddy current electrical conductivity meters, which are designed for quick & convenient measurement of material property, such as material separate, quality control, material state check and so on. The products use the electromagnetism testing principle, can testing objects focus on non-ferromagnetic materials.

 

HEC-100 series products use 60 KHz (aviation industry standard) to inspirit, the testing data can be read in two kinds of unit (%IACS and MS/m). The products can test electrical conductivity and resistivity at the same time, and they include the intelligent temperature and lift-off compensations, thus can guarantee the testing accuracy of each measurement. The big typeface and the back light illumination designs are advantageous for users to take the testing data even in low light condition. The products use the high property battery to make sure it keeps more running time, and because of their mini-size, you could easy to carry and to grasp hold. The design of the products are more advantages, such as users can replace the probe in the outdoor, don’t need to return the company to adjust the probe into matching the meter. About HEC-100, two kinds of operate languages (English &Chinese) satisfy different national demand. It can store 1000 measurement data, moreover, users can use USB connect the meter to a PC to create testing report.

 

Application:

1. Absolute measurement of electrical conductivity of nearly all non-ferrous metals;(Ti – Ag)

2. In the aerospace and automotive industry, monitor the process of heat treatment, the strength and hardness of aluminum alloy;

3. Test the conductivity whenthe aluminum have not been oxidized;

4. Measurement the purity of non-ferrous metals;

5. Test the resistivity ofconductivematerials;

6. Analyze thermal properties ofmaterials.
