Calibration blocks is an important supplementary material in the
Ultrasonic testing, used to calibrate the sensitivity of the
ultrasonic flaw detector and ultrasonic probe. Our testing block is
certificated by the authority of the state depeartment. Our
products include: domestic standards UT blocks, European standard
UT block, NDT block, hexagonal testing block, and so on.
For calibrating ultrasonic flaw detection equipment in both
laboratory and on-site conditions. Our version of this block
includes a 100mm radius, 1.5mm and 5.0mm holes, engraved reference
mark scales, and two optional slots at the zero point which provide
calibrating signals at intervals of 100mm range. In accordance with
British Standard BS 2704 Block A2 Mod. 1, German Standard DIN
54-120, Australian Standard AS 2803, and ISO 2400. Also meets the
requirements of the Dassault Aviation Falcon 10 Mandatory Service
Bulletin #294 dated March 20, 2002.
This block is not to be confused with the new EN 12223/ ISO 2400
Calibration Block No. 1 (also called the K1 block,) which is
similar but contains a 3.0mm through-hole rather than a 1.5mm hole.
