Preparation process
Batching - melting - powder making - pressing - sintering (sintered
NdFeB has) --Processing--magnetization to finished product,
processing process includes: polishing, slicing, wire cutting,
punching, hole sleeve, plating, etc.
Surface treatment of NdFeB
The common ones are zinc plating (including color zinc, blue and
white zinc, etc.), nickel plating, nickel-copper-nickel plating,
baking paint, and the uncommon ones are epoxy resin coating,
electrophoresis, phosphating, gold plating, silver plating, chrome
plating, etc.
Material characteristics
NdFeB has the advantages of high cost performance and good
mechanical processing characteristics; the disadvantages are low
Curie temperature point, poor temperature characteristics, and easy
to powder corrosion, it must be improved by adjusting its chemical
composition and surface treatment to meet the requirements of
practical applications.
