When applying a self-adhesive bandage, follow these general steps:
Clean and prep the area: Ensure the skin is clean and dry before applying the bandage.
Start at the desired location: Begin wrapping the bandage at the desired starting point, ensuring a slight overlap with each turn.
Apply tension and stretch: Apply gentle tension to the bandage as you wrap to provide the desired level of compression and support. Be cautious not to wrap too tightly, as it may restrict circulation.
Continue wrapping: Continue wrapping the bandage, overlapping each layer by about half of its width. Ensure a snug but comfortable fit.

5. Precautions for use
