TH3000 VOCs online pollution source monitoring system is mainly used in a variety of atmospheric emission pollution sources online monitoring analysis and plant boundary concentration online monitoring.
 
The main principles are: The sampling unit collects the flue gas or gas to be measured on the site, and the pretreatment unit filters the dust, reduces temperature, keeps heat by electric tracking, and double-effect dehumidification on the gas. The temperature and humidity of the gas to be measured are kept in a fixed range, and then the gas detection and analysis unit is used to detect and analyze the gas concentration to be measured in real time on the display screen. And the data signal can be transmitted outward to the PLC or computer terminal, or can be transmitted to the cloud server through wireless GPRS or network, and then the user can read the data from the server, which can realize the global network monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automatic processing without human intervention.

Automatic back blowing system is optional, otherwise the dust filter needs regular manual maintenance and cleaning. The whole sampling pipe has the function of heat preservation and electric heat tracking constant temperature control, which is conducive to removing water vapor and preventing part of the gas from dissolving in condensed water. The accuracy of detection and analysis can be prevented from freezing in the freezing environment in winter.
