UF Introduction

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a separation principle for screening, with pressure as the driving force to realize mechanical separation membrane separation process, namely under certain pressure, when the mixed solution of large molecules or a small molecule solute through the membrane surface, solvent (e.g., inorganic salt) and small molecule solutes through the membrane, and the solute molecules due to mechanical filtration membrane as concentrate intercept, So as to achieve the purpose of purification.

 

 

Application

1. Recycle of industrial wastewater(papermaking wastewater,printing and dying wastewater,petrochemical wastewater,steel and iron wastewater,chemical insudtry wastewater).

2. Pretreatment for NF and RO in landfill leachate treatment;

3. Electrophoretic paint treatment; liquid concentration, separation, clarification and filtration

 

 

Features

1. The membrane silk is made of PP (polypropylene). With our unique technology, the fiber is modified and enhanced to have high strength and high toughness, so that it can work under a variety of bad conditions;

2. Outer and inner diameter of the membrane silk are 500 and 400um.It is so thin that we can install more silks (about 60 ) to 72 thousand pieces, and the total membrane area is about 60m2) into a UF shell, and suspended solids in the water can quickly plug the cross section even when the silk is broken;

3. The filtration mode is out to in, the water to be treated can flow into the membrane module from either side of it, makingthe worry about wrong installation not necessary. And because of this filtration mode, the pore on the surfaceof membrane silk can shrink during filtering, so it can have a higher filtering precision. And the pore will expand during backwashing, so it can wash away some big particles to clean the membrane at the most. All of these make our product act perfect in working process;

4. Our enhanced modified PP material has great fouling resistant ability, and it can recover its performance by backwash instead of chemical cleaning. It can reduce the damage to the membrane silk and save the cost on chemicals;

The shell is made of UPVC.
