Descroption:
The Motorcycle Ignition System consists of a magnet ignition coil,
CDI assembly, ignition coil, Trigger coil and spark plug. When
working, the ignition and charging coils generate alternating
current with the rotation of the flywheel of the Magneto. When the
trigger head on the flywheel goes to the corresponding position of
the Trigger coil, the SCR inside the CDI is in the cut-off state,
and the AC generated by the ignition and charging coil is charged
to the capacitor by the diode, the voltage at both ends of the
capacitor increases sharply; to the ignition time, the trigger head
is transferred to the corresponding position with the Trigger coil,
which produces the signal voltage, turn on the thyristor. The
discharge current of the capacitor is induced to produce high
voltage current by the ignition coil after the SCR and ignition
primary coil, which makes the spark plug discharge ignition.
