Notes:
a. The color stainless steel housing changes to brown after used on
cooking surface. It will not affect the functions of thermometer.
b. Please clean the thermometer after it has been completely cooled
down (Reading temperature lower than 50°C). Extreme temperature
change will damage the thermometer.
c. The thermometer will be very hot during use on the cooking or
grilling surface. DO NOT touch it with your hand.
d. The lens might fog during cooling down. The fog will disappear
after cooled down 12 hours.
