What is the IP rating of the tri-proof light?
The IP (Ingress Protection) rating system is formulated by the IEC
(International Electrotechnical Commission), which classifies
electrical appliances according to their dust-proof and
moisture-proof characteristics.
Three-proof LED lights usually have IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68, IP69K.
The IP rating consists of two numbers.
The first number represents the dustproof level of the electrical appliance and the level of preventing foreign objects from intruding (at this time, objects including tools and human fingers cannot touch the live parts of the electrical appliance to avoid electric shock)
The second digit indicates the degree of moisture-proof, waterproof and water-immersion sealing of the electrical appliance. The higher the number, the higher the protection level of the lamp.
The degree of protection is represented by IP followed by two numbers, and the number is used to describe the degree of protection.
