Product Overview
Hydraulic gyratory crusher is widely used in metallurgy, building
materials, chemical industry and hydropower industries. It is one
of the main equipment for coarse crushing of ore or rock, with the
characteristics of large crushing ratio, high production capacity
and uniform product particle size. The gyratory crushers designed
and manufactured by ZTIC have formed a series from PXZ 0506 to PXZ
1623, with the advantages of complete product specifications,
advanced design, reliable performance, stable operation and low
energy consumption.
Product structure
The hydraulic gyratory crusher consists of transmission, base,
eccentric sleeve, crushing cone, middle frame, crossbeam, prime
mover, oil cylinder, hydraulic, pulley, electrical and dry and thin
oil lubrication. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate
through the pulley and bevel gear. When the eccentric sleeve
rotates, it drives the crushing cone to swing around the center of
the crusher. As a result, the surface of the crushing cone
sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the fixed
cone, so that the material fed into the crushing chamber is
continuously squeezed and bent and crushed. The crushed material is
discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by its own
weight.
Working Principle
Hydraulic gyratory crusher is a crushing machine that uses the
gyratory motion of the crushing cone in the cone cavity of the
shell to squeeze, split and bend the material, and roughly crushes
ores or rocks of various hardness. The upper end of the main shaft
equipped with the crushing cone is supported in the bushing in the
middle of the beam, and its lower end is placed in the eccentric
hole of the sleeve. When the sleeve rotates, the crushing cone
performs eccentric gyratory motion around the center line of the
machine. Its crushing action is continuous, so its working
efficiency is higher than that of the jaw crusher.
