1. Basic introduction of jig

3. Structure and Instructions for Use
The structure of LTS300×450 double-bucket diaphragm jig is composed of main parts such as body, transmission device, water separator, diaphragm and stopcock. It is divided into two parts, the jigging area and the diaphragm area. The jigging process is carried out by the agitation of the medium (water) caused by the up and down reciprocating motion of the rubber diaphragm. The motor drives the large pulley to rotate through the V-belt, so that the connecting rod on the eccentric shaft moves up and down, and the rocker arm connected with this connecting rod also moves up and down. There are two other connecting rods on the rocker arm that connect the rubber diaphragm, so that the diaphragm can reciprocate up and down. Exercise, jigging.
According to the particle size of the ore to be processed, the stroke times of the connecting rod can be changed and different strokes can be selected in order to obtain the best jigging effect. The way to change the stroke is to replace the small pulley. There are two strokes: 322 times/min; 420 times/min. The stroke selection method is to loosen the set screw and nut, pull out the positioning pin, and rotate the relative position between the eccentric adjustment sleeve and the eccentric shaft. There are 11 different strokes (0-25.3mm).
Since a sieve is added above the working sieve, the jig machine can be used to handle materials with uneven particle size. (Note: this screen may not be supplied according to the order requirements) After the selected raw ore is sent to the jigging chamber, the ore particles are stratified in the medium according to their specific gravity due to the agitation of the diaphragm; the fine and heavy ore particles pass through the gap between the artificial bed particles And the sieve hole, the coarse and light ore particles (minerals) in the upper layer are swept to the discharge port at the end of the sieve by the medium flow, because the rear jig chamber is lower than the front jig chamber. 50mm, so the light ore particles overflow through the tail plate of the front chamber and enter the rear chamber, and are jigged again.
