Because the belt grinding is always in a flexible state in the grinding process, the surface roughness can be reduced to meet the requirements of the drawing and the shape and position tolerance can not be changed. For example, there are sporadic small defects in the journal after finishing. The defects should be ground open and then welded with argon arc welding. Finally, the oil stone is ground well. If there is a high point, the ball mill will wear out the bearing tile supporting it in the process of field operation.
