Cell Coating Machine:

 

Cell coating machine is a mechanical mill that firstly depolymerize and then dry, and at same time, surface modification can also be completed. This cell coating machine is especially good to ultrafine powder modification. This kind of coating machine can accomplish grinding, drying, classifying and modifying at the same time. The output ranges from 0.05t/h to 15t/h, and max water evaporation can reach 3t/h. Different material are used for the inner structure of cell coating machine to guarantee the color and purity of the powder. The coating rate can reach 99.2% and activity rate can reach 99.8%.

 

Structure of Cell Coating Machine:

The cell coating machine adopts modular design. This design is useful for meet different customers’ requirements while keeping the basic working principle and components same. The number of rotor layers and the number of blades can be adjusted to optimize the performance of the equipment. The integrally installed classifier does not affect internal structure of grinding chamber. This modular structure design makes it easy to replace and maintain wearing parts. The material of the rotor blade can be hardened steel, stainless steel, or tungsten carbide steel.

The most important component is a vertically installed multi-layers rotor. Each stage rotor consists of two supporting discs mounted on the main shaft and clamps 200 blades. According to the specific loading requirements, a cell coating machine can be equipped with 10 depolymerization wheel parts, which includes a total of 2000 depolymerization blades. The blade rotates at a speed of 110m/s, and the grinding groove in 6mm thick use the unique rib-shaped fixed lining. There are 160 cells between the blades and liners. The pressure, shear force and friction force between them can quickly grind the material into ultrafine powder.

 

Working Principle of Cell Coating Machine:

Cell coating machine adopts and air-blowing and air-sucking system. The hot air system blows the powder into the chamber, and the powder property can be changed. The precise feeding rate and control technology is the highlight feature. According to different materials, the feeding rate and feeding weight are controlled precisely. After the free water on the surface of the material is removed by hot air, it is fully dispersed in the cell coating machine, and also depolymerized and changed into the original particle or the natural crystal particle size. The fully depolymerized and reduced particles are mixed with the atomized modifier to form a single-layer nano-wrapped film. After modification, the powder goes through the classifier and are sucked into the pulse-jet collector.

Drying Function of Cell Coating Machine:

The hot air generator blows hot air into cell coating machine, which makes the chamber to a dryer. The maximum temperature in the chamber is 450℃.

The dryness of the product can be guaranteed by controlling the outlet temperature. The typical outlet temperature is 85 ° C.

The main function of drying is to break the hydrogen bonds on the surface of nanoparticles, adsorb wet bridges and other chemical bonds, prevent the particles from adhering and aggregating each other, and lay the foundation for subsequent depolymerization and crushing. The moisture content of deeply-dried powder is reduced by 5%, and at the same time, the modifier is vaporized into a single particle wrapped material to be more uniform.
