24V 7N.m long gear motor 100rpm electric roller brushless planetary deceleration motor 100W
How to select the suitable gear motor
1.Know your application requirements for your gear motor.
The first step in selecting a gear motor is to review your application requirements. These include but are not limited to the following:
General requirements: enclosure size, mounting orientation, mounting type and size, overhang and side loads, and type of lubrication.
Input Power: Voltage, Frequency (Hz), Maximum Current (Amps) and Control Type (if applicable).
Gear motor specifications: size, weight, required noise level, life expectancy and maintenance level.
Gear motor performance: speed, torque, duty cycle, horsepower, starting and running torque (full load).
Operating Environment: Application and ambient temperature, and protection (IP) rating.
2. Select the appropriate motor.
Next, use the list of your application requirements and compare them to the different types of motor specifications you are interested in, such as general purpose, brushless DC, AC induction or permanent magnet gear motors. Since each application has its unique characteristics and requirements, it is important to pay attention to the factors that are most important to your application, such as horsepower, starting torque or efficiency. At this stage, you may decide to match the gearbox and motor to best suit your needs.
3. Know the speed and torque requirements of the load being driven.
