The outstanding feature of tungsten rod is that they can be batch operated. Among the rod-like metal materials, tungsten rod has the highest melting point. In heat, electric conduction and electron emission, it performs very well. The tungsten rod is also characterized by high density, low dilatation coefficient and lowest metallic vapor pressure. The density of our tungsten rod is ≥ 18.8g/cm3; purity ≥ 99.5%.
The main application of tungsten rods are:
1. Used as electrodes in the field of rare earth metal industry.
2. For producting electric light source parts and electric vacuum components
3. Used in electric boosting glass kiln electrode
4. Suitable for producing ion implantation parts
5. For producing heating elements and refractory parts in high temperature furnaces

We have kinds of inspection equipments. Such as CMM, ultrosonic inspection, hardness tester, metallography analysis apparatus etc.
To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.
If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.
Considering for the shipment, we suggest the length within 2m if it didn't affect the usage of the tungsten rod.
Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp and heavy, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us in time, we will solve the problem soon for you.
1. How do you insure the quality is good?
--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.
2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?
--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.
3. Can I get free sample?
--yes, we'd like to offer free sample if the sample costs less than $100. We will arrange the shipping as freight collected.
