Product Quality

Aviation Cast Aluminum Alloy Beam
Machine adopts aviation cast aluminum alloy beam, which is manufactured according to the aerospace standards and extruded with 4300 tons pressure. The beam is processed by T6 heat treatment which can make the beam obtain the highest strength and strong deformation resistance.

Stable & Strong Welded Steel Bed
The bed is welded with big thickness square tubes, which can ensure a stable working performance. With high temperature annealing and natural aging, the welding stress is eliminated, which can prevent the deformation of the bed , reduce vibration and guarantee a good cutting accuracy.

Controller

We use FSCUT3000S and CypCut TubePro software.

FSCUT3000S system is designed for tube and sheet cutting control, support standard tube(retangle, circle, oval, ellipse and obround etc.) ,free form , and steel channels(T/U/H/L shape) production of high precision and efficiency.

Laser source
We use Raycus, JPT, IPG, MAX or other laser source, we support it according to customers needs.

Raytools Auto Focus Laser Cutting Head

Laser head with automatic focus function, which can adjust the focus automatically, no need to adjust it by hand. The software can change the focusing lenses automatically according to the different thickness of the materials. It can shorten the perforation time,improve the perforation quality and cutting speed. It’s simple, convenient and fast.

Tube cutting part
We support 3m/6m/9m/12m length area for cutting tube materials, if you have other cutting length requirements we also support.

BEUT Pneumatic Chuck
A well-known brand, the rear cassette has an air blowing function to remove dust and waste accumulation, and does not affect the performance and service life of the rear chuck.

Each of the cooling circuit is independently controlled and has its own mission - one serves for cooling the fiber laser and the
other serves for cooling the optics. The water chiller for cooling laser source and laser head, we use S&A, Hanli, DVT water

Adopts Japan Yaskawa motor, Japan Fuji motor or Taiwan Delta motor, with high precision, no step losing, high torque and low noise.
