1,Description of heavy lathe:

Heavy-duty lathes enjoy a high reputation throughout the country to reduce maintenance costs. Lathes are known for precision work, accuracy and trouble-free performance.

Bed: This is a gap bed. The lathe is raised on the surface, while the bed is flat. Both surfaces are manually scraped to achieve close tolerances. The bed and slider are cast. It has been graded and has a hardness of 200 BHN (+-10%).

Spindle box: The spindle is made of special steel and is precisely ground on a cylindrical grinder. An oil storage tank is provided in which the skew helical gear of the steel billet is immersed. Provide double/single system, easy to operate. Fixing the "V"-shaped guide rail on the bed can manually scrape and slide the slider more accurately.

Tool holder: It is made of a piece of steel and can hold four different tools at a time.

Apron: The apron makes the movement a saddle for screw cutting. All gears are made of steel.

Tailstock: The tailstock is designed to provide maximum strength. It has a long bearing seat to ensure true alignment.

Gearbox: All gears of the semi-Norton gearbox are made of en-9 steel. These gears are cut and properly hardened on an imported gear forming machine. These gearboxes are very easy to operate.

Included channels: solid rest, follow rest, panel, motor pulley, dead center, sleeve, gear set. Wait

Additional access: hardened bed, electrical, machine lights, coolant pump and filler.
