Product Description of Metal Random Packing

 

Metal random packing gives one of the best choices for high performance random packing, with low pressure drop and high efficiency. This specially designed saddle-shape random packing provides a lower pressure drop at the same vapor and liquid loads. It can be effectively used in both high pressure and vacuum towers. Others of its advantages include large effective inter-facial area, high mechanical strength and low cost. Metal saddle rings are therefore used in many distillation and absorption columns all around the world. It is available in various sizes, which give different combinations of efficiency and pressure drop.
