Product Description:

Gabion basket is also known as gabion mesh, green grid, gabion retaining wall, Reynolds pad, reinforced gabion, gabion cage, etc. It has been widely used in engineering projects such as traffic, water conservancy, municipal, gardens, soil and water conservation and other purposes in recent years. The structure is composed of high strength, low carbon, galvanized steel wire or 5%-10% thin alloy coated steel wire (or homogeneous coated polymer steel wire). The wire is twisted by machine into hexagonal mesh, and double hinge part should be no less than 5 cm, so as not to cause damage to steel wire protective paint. Detailed information can be found in the industry standard YB/T4221-2010.

Gabion mesh can be assembled into boxes as required by the design; meanwhile, stones and other filling materials are connected together into blocks and loaded into the boxes, forming a new technology used for embankment and roadbed protection.

Features:

River stone cage is also known as Gabion mesh, Green grid, Gabion retaining wall, Reynolds Pad, Reinforced Gabion, Gabion cage, etc. This mesh is increasingly being used for a variety of engineering projects such as traffic control, water conservancy, municipal, gardens, and soil and water conservation.

The mesh is made from high-strength low-carbon galvanized steel wire with a 5% ~ 10% thin alloy coating or a homogeneous coated polymer steel wire, all of which is twisted together by machine. Furthermore, the length of the double-hinged part should not be less than 5cm in order to protect the coating of steel wire. Further details can be found on the industry standard YB/T4221-2010.

The mesh can be assembled into cubes as per engineering design requirements, and then be loaded with stones and other filling materials to form an embankment and roadbed protection as a new technology.

 

Technical Parameters:

This product is made of low carbon steel wire, with a selection of specifications from 2X1X1, 3X1X1, and 4X1X1. Customized sizes are available (M). The knitting technology used is the Twist type, creating meshes from a quarter to eight, where wire diameter ranges from 1.5 and 5.0 mm. The corresponding aperture sizes are 60*80 *100 *120 120*150 160*180. It originated in Anping, Hebei, and is used for coastal defence engineering, river protection, garden landscape, among other uses.

The surface treatment process utilized are plastic-coated PVC, galvanized, and dip plastic.

 

Applications:
