Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
DX-GWC-2500 CNC wire mesh welding machine is a special
equipment for making reinforcing mesh. The wire mesh welding
machine makes use of the principle of multi-electrode resistance
spot welding to weld the longitudinal and transverse bars of the
steel bar into a firm mesh according to the set requirements. This
wire mesh welding machine can be used for cold rolled ribbed steel
bar, cold rolled smooth steel bar or hot rolled ribbed steel bar.
The wire mesh welding machine is composed of welding mechanism,
longitudinal reinforcement, transverse reinforcement feeding
mechanism, mesh stepping mechanism, mesh and conveying
mechanism, pneumatic system, electrical control system, cooling
system and other components.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. Welding mesh machine system (including welding system,
pneumatic system, water circulation system)
1. The maximum width of mesh panel can be 2.5m, Welding electrode:
24PCS.
2. Multiple adjustment of longitudinal bar spacing of 100mm, 150mm,
200mm, 300mm or more.
3. The welding transformer adopts the latest technology vacuum
epoxy casting, which is different from the general welding
transformer.
4. The welding transformer adopts forced water cooling technology
to ensure long-term continuous use. Theoretically, as long as the
cooling water is continuous, the service life can be as long as the
equipment.
5. The welding transformer is controlled by coarse and computer
fine adjustment, which can automatically lock the welded steel bar
of each specification, especially the hot rolled ribbed steel bar.
6. The current of the welding transformer is targeted accurately,
which makes the welding of cold rolled ribbed steel bar, cold
rolled smooth steel bar or hot rolled ribbed steel bar have small
spark and firm welding.
7. The diameter of welded steel bar is φ 6~ φ 12mm, and the welding
speed is 45-65 times per minute.
2. Transverse reinforcement storage mechanism and CNC pull mesh
system:
1. The transverse bar storage mechanism consists of transverse bar
storage and automatic blanking.
2. The maximum amount of transverse rib storage material is about 1
ton.
3. Automatic blanking adopts automatic sorting system, accurate and
in place.
4. Automatic induction of reinforcement quantity.
5. Automatic induction of steel bar number, and automatic step.
6. Automatic induction of steel reinforcement, forced automatic
step.
3. CNC pulling mesh system:
1. CNC pulling mesh system adopts international advanced servo
drive control mode.
2. Adopt Japanese famous brand full digital servo motor and servo
controller, the spacing of transverse bars can be adjusted
arbitrarily, and the size is accurate.
4. Automatic pulling mesh mechanism and automatic mesh
out system:
1. After welding, the automatic manipulator will pull out all the
mesh pieces. (No need to manually pull the net)
2. When the pulled mesh is detected in place on the flip plate, the
flip plate will automatically turn down and the mesh will
automatically fall off
To conveyor raceway.
3. In the racetrack mesh can be rolled out individually, but also
according to customer requirements set more than one roll out, do
not stop the network, continuous production, save labor and time,
greatly improve production efficiency.
4. When there are more than one mesh on the raceway, it can
automatically push the mesh together and put out the mesh in piles.
5. Raceway configuration is 12 meters, the longest mesh finished
product is 6 meters. (Special requirements can be customized)

1. CNC servo system adopts panasonic servo control system imported
from Japan.
2. The numerical control operating system adopts industrial
LCD screen with keyboard and mouse, which is easy to operate and
cheap to use.
3. All security protection functions to maximize the safety of
operators and equipment.
4. Through accurate calculation to control two reinforcement
welding network machine with a welding transformer, so as to
achieve the most economic power consumption for users.
5. Control welding current through scientific calculation, so as to
achieve the lowest power consumption of the company's equipment
