1) We choose well known brand from home and abroad to ensure the
entirety steel property to avoid any transformation, transposition
happen during transportation, installation process as to affect the
precision of the machine.
2) To strengthen easy operation of machine, we use proximity switch
between upper and lower welding heads, when cross wire doesn’t
reach, the machine will stop automatically.
3) To increase safety of machine, we protect every transmission
part (chain, rotate) with protective cover; and add switch in the
electric cabinet, so when there is any wrong operation, the cabinet
and machine will immediately cut off to avoid any electric shock.

1. Q: I am new to use the machine, how do I start?
A: Please do not worry, we will train your people, with our
training course, a new people will get professional in 2~3 days.
2. Q: Do your supply includes installation and debugging ?
A: Yes. We will send our best engineer to your factory for
installation and debugging. The cost will be quoted separately if
you need such service.
3. Q: How do I know if the machine can run well before shipment ?
A: To 100% assurance, each machine for exporting will be tested for
performance and reliability before shipment
4. Q: What is your after sale service ?

A: The price is depended on 3 factors: mesh width, mesh size, wire
diameter.
6. Q: What is the warranty of machine?
A: One year since machine was at customer's site and within 18
months against B/L date, which comes earlier.
7. Q: What is the machine color, can I appoint one ?
A: Yes. We will color according to requirement. Normally the
machine color is blue, red, green.
8.Q: What is the power of motor ?
A: It will depend on how much rated capacity a machine is need.
9. Q: What is the voltage ?
A: To ensure each machine runs well in different country and
region, we will choose different voltage like 220V 50HZ; 380V 50HZ;
415V 50HZ;440V 60HZ etc
10. Q: How to adjust machine current ?
A: The current can be adjusted by choosing different level on
transformer, which is easy to handle.
