High Precision Irreverisible Continuous 4-Hi Steel Cold Rolling
Cold rolling mill use a special cold forming process which is both
cost-efficient and indispensable for many applications. It is used
to improve roundness, stress homogeneity, and surface roughness of
the tubes. The tolerance of finished tubes is about ±0.05mmCold
rolling mill is devided into manual operate, automatic feeding and
fully automatic and high speed type, the fully automatic type is
high speed and continuous cold rolling type.
Due to different numbers of rollers, the metal coil cold rolling
mill is divided into 2 Hi, 4 Hi, 6 Hi, and 12 Hi AGC.
This 4-Hi cold rolling mill, one of metal coil cold rolling mill,
is made from good quality raw material. A four-high cold rolling
mill has four rolls, two small and two large. The two small rolls
are work rolls in contact with metal coil, and the two large ones
are backup rolls which contact the back side of the small work
rolls. At the same time, we are upgrading with the latest
technological equipments when producing this cold rolling mill.
