800mm Four-high two-stand tandem cold rolling mill

The machine is composed of decoiler, main frame, front and rear guide device, transmission base, hydraulic system, electronic control system and other parts. It is made from good quality raw material. 2. Main function:

3. Work process:

Loading→ decoiling → shearing → welding (welding machine provied by the user) → floor-type storage looper → vertical roller guide →F1 four-high mill (thickness measurement and tension measurement) →F2 four-high mill (tension measurement and speed measurement) → exit platform (de-oiling and thickness measurement) → shearing → coiling machine → unloading.

5. Packaging

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET film, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
