PP micro foam board extrusion machine adopts T-type die head and
three roller calendars technology to produce high smoothly and
highly flat micro foam sheets. It is foamed by add some foaming
additives, also called chemical foamed.This kind of foam board can
be
single layer extrusion , and also can be double layer AB type and 3
layers ABA/ABC type.
PART 1 SHEET APPLICATIONS:
This kind of foam sheets are widely used in the field of
stationery, handbags, luggage, cosmetics, commodity, plastic
containers for medicine, food, drink, alcohol, pesticides, engine
oil, chemical industry and glass bottles sealing/gaskets etc.

PP PE HIPS EVA EVAOH Composite sheet:
It has such characteristics as high intensity, good temperature
resistance, good rot proof, etc. It can be produced with additives
to different requirement such as improving intensity, improving
toughness, improving rigidity, flame retardant, embossing,
frosting, etc.
Applications: such as packing, printing, stationary, art works,
etc.
Main product:gift/ad/file bag, lamp cover, food packing, etc
