Structure of The Florescence ship launching airbags

structure . It is composed by airbag body and terminal iron part.
The airbag body is composed by natural rubber and strength fiber
material through vulcanization processing; The terminal iron part
is made of cast iron, it is combined closely with the bag body; One
end is for pulling when move the airbag, and the other end is for
charging and discharging the air. All the fittings in picture 2 and
3 will be supplied with airbags for free.
Materials
An airbag is to be constructed of an outer rubber layer, one or
more synthetic-tyre-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer. The
arrangement of synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layers is shown in
the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly.Prior to the airbag production, the outer and inner rubber layers
shall be tested to meet criteria in the following table in
accordance with the test methods given in the international
standard list in the table. While only one satisfactory sample per
batch is required for test numbers 1 through 3, all others must be
tested for test numbers 4 through 9 annually. If the first sample
fails, two additional sample should be tested. If the additional
samples pass the test requirements, the materials will be deemed to
have passed the test. Otherwise, the materials will be deemed to
have failed the test and another batch of materials shall be

Overview

How to select marine airbags?
Marine airbags can be divided into winding type and lap type
airbags, and winding type airbags are divided into high pressure
explosion-proof type and ordinary type. What is the type of
selection of Marine airbag we usually talk about? Which type of
airbag is most suitable for the shipyard according to its own
conditions?
Actually lap type air bag is an old process, and compared with the
winding type of air bag is a new type of air bag production
process, relatively safe and reliable, but also the current
mainstream, so the choice should be inclined to the winding type
more.
Secondly, the choice of air bag depends on the material, here is
also the key, to choose nylon cord line, the use of low grade cord
to do the air bag, which is easy to lead to leakage and even the
danger of explosion; And the rubber must be pure natural rubber, so
as to achieve the high pressure resistance of the air bag.
Thirdly, appropriate ship specifications should be selected. For
example, if the width of the ship is 10m, airbags of 10m length
should be selected, not 9m (too small), let alone more than 10m
(wasteful of resources and money). If there is really no specific
grasp, it is best to tell us the specifications of the ship, we
will help to design a most appropriate ship airbag; In addition,
the number of air bag layers must reach the standard, because if
the ship is too big and the number of air bag layers is too low, it
can not withstand high pressure, and there will be the risk of
explosion.
