T- MAN / T- NR series marine turbocharge design features:
T- NR15/R turbocharger casing's bearing housing, also named
bearing casing and bearing pedestal, is belonging to one part of
T- MAN / T- NR series turbocharger. T- MAN / T- NR series supercharger is a radial-flow turbocharger
which consists of single-stage radial-flow turbine and
centrifugal compressor. T-NR turbochargers adopts inboard
plain bearing, uncooled casings and lubricated by the engine's
lube oil system.

Description of T- NR15/R turbocharger casing:
The turbocharger casing includes turbine part, bearing part and
compressor part, so the turbine housing, bearing casing and
compressor housings cover and protect all the important parts
safely in the turbocharger to ensure a premium performance of the
engine. The turbine casing, bearing casing and compressor housing
are made by cast iron.
