Yokohama Pneumatic Rubber Fender is a leading anti-collision device for marine application in the world today. Yokohama Pneumatic Fender has become an idea ship protection medium used extensively by large tankers, LPG vessels, ocean platforms, large docks, harbor and wharfs. Through hard work of 2 decades, Qingdao Luhang has grown to be the only one manufacturer in China that can produce Yokohama Pneumatic rubber fenders of 4.5m x 9m thanks to the largest vulcanizaiton tank. Large size yokohama marine fenders are ideal for permanent and semi-permanent port and ship-to-ship transfers requiring minimal maintenance for large vessels such as bulk carrier, LNG Vessels. Yokohama pneumatic rubber fenders are made of synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber sheets with compressed air inside at initial pressure of 50kPa (low pressure) or 80kPa (high pressure) to enable it to float on water and work as a shock absorber between two ships or between ship and a dock. Although manufactured using different techniques, both low and high pressure fenders work by the same principle.

Q2. How long is the lead time of an order?
A: Usually we finish the production of a normal order within 15 days. The lead time of special orders with large quantity or urgent delivery requirement should be confirmed before order confirmation.
Q3. Do you supply to replace a new chain-tyre net and repair material and tools and teach us how to repair?
We can specially supply to replace chain-tyre-net for fenders. As per customer’s request, we would like to supply repair meterial: rubber plates and repair tools: auto heater. We would like to send complete videos on fenders repair to customers for them to learn.
