Mingrui ceramic offers brazing of metal and ceramic to metal assemblies to a wide range of industries including medical and life science, aerospace and military, green energy and telecommunications. We produce assemblies for vacuum electron devices and bio-compatible implantable devices and many more. Our capabilities include vacuum, hydrogen, and torch brazing to produce metal-to-metal, ceramic-to-metal and ceramic-to-ceramic assemblies. Our atmosphere controlled, air, and vacuum furnaces can braze at temperatures ranging from 360° to 1100°C. We also employ step brazing at temperatures of 360° to 1100°C as well as the utilization of torch brazing equipment.

Working with numerous alloy and materials, our brazing operations are automated and performed in programmable batch furnaces. Meeting mechanical, dimensional, electrostatic, and thermal compliances, all of our assemblies pass helium mass spectrometer leak detection (10-11 mbar L/sec) and Rockwell testing.

Alumina (Al2O3) has a wide application due to its versatility and low material cost. Alumina possesses a high melting point, strong hardness, and good chemical stability, making it a good material to withstand high temperature and chemical corrosion. properties is its surface roughness. Mingrui provide Thin Ceramic Chip which is excellent in adhesion with a thin film and thick film
metalization due to fine particles.

Description of ceramic to metal parts
Alumina substrates can withstand high temperature and maintain high
strength and hardness. Alumina plates also have superb
performances in electrical insulation, high chemical resistance and
low thermal expansion. We have various sizes of semi finished
shapes in stock and are able to conduct custom manufacturing for
all kinds of alumina components.

Dry Pressing , isostatic pressing , grouting , hot-chamber die casting , tape casting , injection molding, etc, injection molding and isostatic molding is the most commonly used.
3.What stabilizer do you use when processing ?
Yttria stabilizer is the most commonly used in our industrial ceramic parts.
4.Can you produce free samples for me ?
Yes usually , we can produce free samples for you but it is up to the product complexity .
5.What terms can you accept for payment ?
