If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Daylighting will replace the items only and bear the shipping cost for both side. Q1: Can I have a sample order for LED light?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order for test and quality check. Mixed samples are also acceptable.

Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: 3-5working days for sample order,10-20 working days for different bulk orders.

Q3: What's your payment term?
A3: 30% TT as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. Of course, we'll show u the photos or videos before you pay the balance.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A4: Basically, by air or sea according to the customers' requirements.
(1) By express: DHL,FEDEX,TNT or UPS. We'll help search the most economical and reliable shipping company to transport the goods safely.
(2) By air: when the weight of the goods is more than 100kg,which will be more economical than the express.
(3) By sea: when the order has a large quantity even a whole container, we suggest to deliver by sea.
