The minimum luminous pixel LED display, with ordinary computer monitor, said the "pixel" the same meaning;
2. How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%;Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new module with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
3. How many workers do you have now?

We have 200 employees.
4. Can you offer a technical support ? Since it s my first time.... ?

We provide free training for our customer, teach client how to set up screens, make configuration of parameters, broadcast the videos through Nova star or Linsn control systems, configure of video processor of LVP605s,LED-550DS.
5. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you canletyour forwardership the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us;
