RE: For the F3 Series SMD LED flood light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?

RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.

Q3: Can I start with 1pcs sample?

RE: Yes, 1pcs sample order for testing welcomed.

Q4: What is the Lead time?

RE: Normally 3-5 business days for samples, 10-15 business days for bulk orders.

Q5: Can you do DIAlux Simulation?

RE: We have professional DIAlux team to support you, IES files also can be downloaded on our Website.
