                                                  Concrete mixing truck use please note the following:

2. The capacity, quality and slump of the conveying concrete shall comply with the provisions in Chapter 2.

3. When the mixing truck is parked in the open field, the mixing drum should be reversed before loading, and the water (or rain) and debris in the drum should be unloaded to ensure the quality of the concrete transported.

4, in the hopper, discharge chute work, to be equipped with protective equipment. Do not approach the hopper and mixing mouth, do not peer inside, and do not touch the rotating mixing drum with your hand.

5. When driving on the highway, the extended chute must be turned over and placed on the discharge chute with a hook, and then transferred to the vertical part of the body, and the locking device is used to lock the discharge chute and the extended chute on the frame to prevent shaking due to non-fixed, causing injury accidents and affecting the operation of other vehicles.

6. When the car crosses Bridges, holes, warehouses and other facilities, attention must be paid to the size of the height and the weight borne by the road surface to avoid damaging the mixer.

7, the continuous operation time of the working device should not exceed 8h.

8, delivery, if it is found that water evaporation, low collapse can not meet the requirements of the user, can be appropriate to add water to the cylinder, and then rotate 30 revolutions at the speed of 12-14r /min after unloading.

9, mixing truck in the no-load operation and transport of concrete process, mixing drum shall not stop rotating to avoid raceway, roller local damage or concrete segregation phenomenon.

10, the water tank should be filled frequently for emergency use.

11. Before adding water to the water tank, the air valve must be opened to discharge the air in the box, and the air storage tank must be closed in time after the aeration water supply.
Note: The tank is only pressurized when supplying water, do not drive with the pressurized tank on the road.
Danger: (1) Do not open the inlet valve before the tank is not relieved;

(2) Do not drive before the water tank is decompressed.

12, winter parking, water tank and water supply system, there must be no remaining water.

13. Whether the discharge chute and the extended chute need to be used together is determined by the requirements of the specific working position.

14, full load concrete is turning, if you want to reverse, you must control the handle to stop the positive turn, and then control the handle to reverse. Do not reverse the handle during forward rotation.

15, according to the different slope of the road, the shape of the concrete in the mixing drum is shown in the attached figure 1. Drivers should load materials reasonably according to the slope of the road they are walking on to avoid spreading materials on the road and polluting the environment. The nominal stirring volume of Chapter II of this book is approved when the collapse of 120 degrees, and the concrete collapse exceeds this value on the slope, and the loading volume should be appropriately reduced.

16, the center of gravity of the mixing cylinder is higher and slightly inclined to the right (look behind the car), this deviation will increase when the mixing cylinder is fully loaded and rotated, so the car should be very careful when turning. Especially when the car turns left, pay more attention to not making the speed of the mixing cylinder exceed 3r/min. The relationship between turning diameter and maximum stable speed of mixer is shown in FIG. 2. The speed should be reduced when the road is not normal.

17, it is strictly prohibited to turn the mixer fully loaded at high speed.

18, non-operator, prohibited operation.

19, after work, the vehicle and the hopper, the inside and outside of the mixing cylinder, the discharge chute, etc., must be cleaned. Lock the door, turn the lock handle, lock the throttle handle and the servo handle.
