Aerial work vehicle common problems and solutions
Fault 1: The hydraulic system can not reach the required working pressure, increase the engine throttle can not go on. Phenomenon: the leg can not be put in, the swing arm can not be lifted, and the turntable does not rotate. Judging from the pressure gauge, the pressure of each mechanism is very low.
Reasons: (1) The opening pressure of the relief valve is too low.

Reasons: (1) There is air load in the hydraulic system is

Lack of lubrication between moving friction surfaces. (3) The gap
between the moving parts and non-parts is too small, or the moving
working parts are deformed.
Elimination method: (1) Fill the oil tank with enough oil and
reciprocate each cylinder at high speed for several times. (2)
Often lubricate with butter. (3) Check and adjust the appropriate
tightness of the gap between the moving parts.
Fault 9: Leg movement is slow, retracting failure or even
motionless
Reasons: ⑴ relief valve failure or pressure is too low. (2) Oil
leakage in the cylinder, oil seal damage and reduce the volume
efficiency of the cylinder, insufficient oil pump displacement,
reversing valve failure or serious internal leakage. (3) There are
foreign bodies or scars between the cone of the slide valve in the
two-way hydraulic lock and the contact line of the seat. There is
air in the cylinder.

regulation. (2) Replace the oil seal, oil pump displacement is
insufficient, do not increase the throttle, increase the engine
