The KPX two batteries electric material handling 15ton die transfer
rail cart mainly uses the battery to provide power to the DC
traction motor. The transfer rail cart does not need cables during operation, which brings great
convenience to the layout of material transportation in the factory
area. The battery of KPX is generally installed inside the transfer rail cart, which is safe and reliable, and easy to realize remote control
and automation. It can be widely used in flour mills,
concentrators, chemical plants, charge factories, farms and many
other places to carry out cargo transportation.
KPX battery transfer rail cart is mainly composed of frame, motor, reducer, wheel, battery,
charger, control box and other components. It is not afraid of
being hot or smashed, and it does not hinder cross-transportation.
It can be customized according to customer needs.
1. Drive device
It consists of a motor and a reducer, and the motor is a YZ series
hoisting metallurgical motor. The power of the motor can be
selected according to the rated tonnage of the electric flatbed;
the reducer adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and
transportation industry, and is dedicated to the shaft-holding
hard-toothed flatbed.
2. Electrical box
The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch
overload protection and emergency power-off control components,
which ensures the transmission performance, accuracy and
reliability, and safe parking in emergency situations.
3. Frame
Refined cast steel, not easy to deform, elegant appearance and
durable.
4. Warning light
Light efficiency and energy saving, the light source adopts
ultra-high brightness solid-state maintenance-free LED light
source, which has high light efficiency, long life, energy saving
and environmental protection.
5. Battery
Safe and stable power supply, simple maintenance, long service
life.
6. DC motor
Good speed regulation performance and large starting power.
