KPX series 1-500 Ton Custom Factory Battery Powered Coil Material Handling Transfer Cart is designed for coils transport in the workshop. It is powered by storage battery. The battery is installed in the transfer carts and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The transfer cart is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller.
This kinds coil material handling cart is widely used in steel coil transport, and it also has a wide application range to transfer cargoes of foundry, galvanized coils and sheets, steel tubes and pipes, steel mills, weldments and blast furnace slag. And can be used in auto mobile assembly line, machinery parts storage line to finish cargo movement in different places. There is no room limit, it is more convenient for in-plant transportation.

1. Load-Bearing Transport
Load-bearing transport is the most basic and important function of transfer cart
2. Turning
This series of motorized transfer cart have the function of running on S-shaped, C-shaped, curved rails, etc.
3. Lift
The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the motorized transfer cart to achieve lifting and other functions
4. Side Flip
The transfer cart can realize self-discharging by the hydraulic device
5. Safety Devices
Safety devices can be installed on the coil material handling transfer cart, for example, proximity switches, dead man stop, alarm systems, buffers to achieve the corresponding safety functions.

Our company can research and develop the corresponding non-standard transfer cart to achieve the required functions according to the customers’ requirements.
