Designed for water discharge for irrigation, mining, quarries, industrial use, construction etc.

Wovenflex Extra, PVC/NBR through-the-weave hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, protected and locked-in by tough highly resistant synthetic nitrile rubber, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type, ribbed cover for flexibility and abrasion resistant.

Wovenflex Extra  is one type of “through-the-weave” heavy duty PVC/NBR layflat hose.

This hose features a unique one-piece, through-the-weave construction and attains its higher working pressure from a synthetic woven polyester reinforcement than Spiral plies;

its excellent durability is derived from a high-tensile PVC/NBR rubber compound, which completely encases the jacket.

The ribs on the cover surface greatly increase abrasion resistance.

Inner tube and cover: PVC/NBR compound both tube and cover are co-extruded to obtain maximum bending. The ribs on the cover surface greatly increase abrasion resistance and help to provide a long service life.
