Product Introduction

The main castings of high strength fuselage and composite pillar are made of high-grade Mihanna cast iron. After this aging treatment, they are stable and deformed for a long time.
The three axis adopt Twaiwan PMI linear slideway with small friction coefficient, long precision maintenance time and convenient maintenance.
The spindle adopts imported NSK P4 grade oblique ball bearing to ensure high rigidity and high precision of the spindle.
International Precision: Precision Screw and Precision Assembly, machine tools achieve and exceed positioning accuracy of 0.008mm absolutely.
Ball screw: High precision ball screw adopte pre-stretching structure to ensure the three axis have good dynamic rigidity and strong thermal deformation resistance.
