What is plasma?
Plasma is the fourth state of matter different from solid, liquid
and gas: it consists of ions, electrons and neutral particles. In
this system because of the total number of positive and negative
charges are equal, it is called plasma.
When the temperature of electrons and ions in a plasma is equal, it
is an equilibrium plasma, and the temperature of the system can
reach tens of thousands of degrees, which is also known as a
high-temperature plasma. The stars in the universe are constantly
emitting high-temperature plasma.
When the temperature of electrons in a plasma is much greater than
the temperature of ions, it is a non-equilibrium plasma. The
temperature of the electrons can reach tens of thousands of
degrees, while the temperature of the ions and neutral particles
can be as low as room temperature, so the whole system behaves at a
very low temperature and is called a low-temperature plasma.
Generally, the plasma produced by gas discharge is low temperature
plasma.
Why choose a plasma processor?
Four major functions of plasma
1,Cleaning
Cleaning of metal above the organic matter, oxides and trace oil,
laser hit the residue after the gum slag, welding residual rosin
removal and so on.
2,Activation
Dramatically improve the surface of the infiltration properties,
the formation of active surface, improve the surface adhesion,
improve the reliability and durability of the surface bonding
3,Surface modification
Enhance the effect of the latter process of dispensing, bonding,
laminating, welding, coating and bonding.
4,Etching
Uniform etching, does not change the characteristics of the
material matrix, can effectively roughen the material surface and
can accurately control the amount of micro-etching.
The biggest feature of plasma: it does not distinguish between treatment objects, can deal with different base materials, whether metal, semiconductor, oxide or polymer (such as polypropylene, PVC, according to PTFE, polycoolimide, polyvinyl chloride, epoxy resin and other polymers) can be well treated with plasma, so it is especially suitable for heat-intolerant and non-solvent-resistant base materials.

Before plasma treatment
The test ink is rapidly collected in the form of water droplets,
and the surface adhesion of the product is poor, and the printing,
bonding and coating performance is poor and easy to fall off.
After plasma treatment
After plasma treatment, the molecular structure of the product
surface is physically altered, and the adhesion is greatly
improved, and the test ink is quickly flattened and completely
adhered to the product surface after it is drawn on.
