Q1: Can I get some free samples for confirmation?
A: Yes, we welcome samples to check our LED quality and performance. Free samples according to your requirement.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs about 3 working days. Customized products need 5-7 working days. Mass production 10-15 days.
Q3: What payment term do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union .
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long it will take?
A: Generally we ship the goods to you door to door by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT express.
It will take 2-4 working days. And Air transportation and Sea shipping is also available.
Q5: How do you deal with the LED Failure issue?
A: Our engineer will analyze the failure and find out the failure cause according to the failed
products pictures or the rejected samples from clients. We will compensate a new batch of LED products to you as fast as we could and send them to you if the failure caused by Lanjin.
Our led products are produced in strict quality control system and we will do the inspection before shipment, so the defective rate will be more less than others.
