Introduction:

UV Accelerated Aging Test Chamber can simulate the sun, rain and dew to damage the material, UV machine using UV lamp simulate the effect of sunlight, cold rain and dew. Being tested materials are placed in a certain environment which the light and moisture are alternating.

 

The materials are tested for several days or weeks, you can know the damage of material at outside for

several months or several years, Damage types include: bleaching, discoloration, loss of light, powder,

crack, turbidity, bubble-based, embrittlement, strength decline and oxidation.

Applications

  1. Simulate the sun, rain spray and condensation resulting damage to test the materials by exposure to sunlight with moisture and temperature.
  2. To get the results of damage after several days or weeks which is equal to expose to outside for a few months. The damages include fading, discoloration, brightness down, powder, crack, blur, brittle, strength decreases and oxidation.
  3. Provide reference with testing data for improvement of existing materials, or to assess the impact of changes in product durability and other aspects.

 

Control System:

1.The blackboard temperature meter controls the heating and the temperature is more stable.

2.Radiometer probes (optional) are fixed and do not have to be loaded or unloaded every time.

3.A dedicated ultraviolet irradiation meter that uses high-precision display and measurement of radiation.

4.Lighting and condensation can be independently controlled and can be alternately cycled.

Separate control time for lighting and condensation and alternating cycle control can be set arbitrarily within one thousand hours
