Automotive Testing Equipment Summary
The device is a car wheel roundness detection line, with precision
height, fast beat, functional and other multiple advantages. The
center hole and mounting surface of the wheel are used as the
positioning datum, and the radial and axial positioning clamping of
the wheel is realized by relying on the precision positioning
platform and the inner expanding positioning mandrel. KEYENCE laser
displacement sensor from Japan is used in the detection system to
carry out non-contact measurement on the wheels. There is no wear
of measuring head, scratch workpiece and other adverse phenomena,
and the accuracy is not affected by the color of the wheels.
