Product description
The full-automatic asphalt softening point tester is designed and
manufactured according to the requirements specified in the
People's Republic of China standard GB/T4507 Determination of
Softening Point of Petroleum Asphalt. It is applicable to the
determination of softening point of various types of asphalt, such
as road petroleum asphalt, coal tar asphalt, liquid petroleum
asphalt, etc. It is the preferred instrument for asphalt production
enterprises, highway and bridge construction units, and relevant
colleges, universities and research institutions.
The 2806H full-automatic asphalt softening point tester is an
upgraded product of our company. The instrument is fully computer
controlled, electronic photoelectric measurement, LCD display, and
micro printer automatically prints test results. The instrument
also has the characteristics of linear temperature heating, uniform
bath mixing, simultaneous testing of four samples, and automatic
testing of sample softening point. With high automation, fast and
convenient test, reliable test results and high test efficiency, it
is an intelligent instrument for asphalt softening point test.
Technical parameters
1. Power supply voltage: AC 220V (allowable error - 5%~+10%), 50Hz;
2. Measuring range: room temperature - 200 ℃
⑴ If the softening point of the sample is below 80 ℃, use distilled
water as the heating medium,+5 ℃~+80℃;
⑵ If the softening point of the sample is above 80 ℃, glycerol
shall be used as the heating medium,+32℃~+200℃;
3. Temperature resolution: 0.01 ℃;
4. Agitator: the mixing speed is continuously adjustable;
5. Heating rate: automatically adjusted to 5.0 ± 0.5 ℃/min after
three minutes;
6. Softening point results: LCD display and printer printing;
7. Heating power: 600W;
8. Effective volume of beaker: 1000ml;
9. Environmental conditions: room temperature is less than 35 ℃ and
relatively stable, without air convection;
10. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%;
11. Power consumption of the whole machine: no more than 700W.
