2. Equipment installation and on-site services

1) Requirements and regulations for unpacking after delivery

After the instrument arrives at the user's site, prepare the laboratory as required and notify the manufacturer in writing of the installation and commissioning requirements.

When delivering and unpacking, both the factory representative and the user representative must be present on site to inspect the items according to the contract list and make necessary records of the quantity and appearance of the goods. After unpacking, the equipment must be installed immediately; Otherwise, sealing strips agreed upon by all parties must be used for storage and placed indoors in a closed and dry cement floor with a temperature of 10-30 ° C; The humidity is ≤ 75%.

2) On site installation services

3. Acceptance:

4. Handover

Remarks:

The total working time for installation, debugging, training, and acceptance at the user's site shall not exceed 3 days; Additional support for working days will be charged separately; The handover of equipment shall end with equipment acceptance.

● Acceptance shows the normal operation of the analysis system, and the instrument performance and supply scope meet the contract description. Representatives of both parties sign the acceptance report.

Before installation, the buyer must prepare according to the installation conditions and requirements provided by the seller. If the installation acceptance work is not completed due to this, additional fees will be charged for the installation acceptance again.

Due to insufficient preparation by the buyer, the installation and commissioning of the instrument have been delayed. The remaining payment for the instrument will be paid within one month of delivery.

5. Quality assurance, training, and services

The supplier shall send the installation condition manual within two weeks after the contract takes effect;

● Warranty period

The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 15 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first.

● Technical training and services
