1. How can I get the price ?
Please provide the details to your requirements as clear as
possible. For designing or further discussion, it is better to
contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance
ways, in case of any delays.
2. When can I get the price?
Usually within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can request samples. They’re free for a blank sample to check the design and paper quality,
as long as you can cover the express freight. For printed samples,
we will ask for $30-100 to cover the cost on film & printing.
These costs can be refunded after we receive a confirmation of the
order.
4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us the confirmed files,
the samples will be ready in 3-7 days. The samples will then be
sent to you via express and arrive within 3-5 days.
5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, CDR, etc.
6. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in design and
manufacturing. Just tell us your idea; we will help to carry out
your idea.
7. What about the lead-time for mass production for smart card?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place
the order. Generally 7-15 days for about 10,000-100,000pcs.
8. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, DDU, DDP, etc.
9.Could I put our own logo on the card?
Yes, it is customized order.
10.How to order?
1) give your specific requirements and artwork with format of PDF
or AI;

3) Confirm to place the order ;
4) Our designer will make the bleed on your artwork or do a design
according to your requirements;
5) Send you the confirmation draft and a Proforma Invoice;
6) Signed the confirmation draft and send it back;
7) Start production after confirmation and payment;
8) Production 7 working days for quantity under 50, 000pcs (no
special crafts);
