The NJP-800 series capsule filling machine designed and produced by our factory has been improved and innovated for many times, and is the preferred equipment for hospitals and small and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories, replacing the original semi-automatic capsule filling equipment.
The whole machine adopts intermittent rotary mechanism and quantitative filling. principle
The seeding tube is equipped with multiple circular holes and communicate with the capsule hopper, and the channel is equipped with capsule tablets.
The seeding sac tube slides up and down to drop the empty capsule into the pore channel. When the seeding capsule tube goes up, the capsule piece will jam the capsule. When the seeding tube falls down, the capsule holder rotates and drives the capsule to release the capsule, and the capsule falls out of the hole.

Broadcast description
The capsule head always acts in the middle of the capsule body, and the capsule head pushes the capsule to make a U-turn movement, which always pushes the capsule body to the edge of the capsule comb, and then presses the capsule head down to turn the capsule over and push it vertically into the module hole.
principle
1. The thrust point of the capsule head is on the capsule body;
2. The width of the chute is smaller than the outer diameter of the capsule cap, which is larger than the outer diameter of the capsule body. It only has a tightness effect on the capsule cap and does not contact with the capsule body.

principle
When the empty capsule enters the module hole, the vacuum suction seat rises and is tightened with the lower module. Because the diameter of the small hole of the upper and lower module steps is less than the diameter of the capsule cap and the capsule body respectively; when the vacuum is connected, the capsule body is sucked into the lower module hole, the steps in the upper module die hole block the capsule cap down, and the empty capsule cap is separated.
 
Filling-type metering filling:

A-f represents the punching rod of each group, during the interval after the interval time the angle. The powder in the measuring plate mold hole is compacted by each group punching rod once. When the charging rod is lifted from the die hole, the powder box rotates, and the powder on the metering plate will automatically fill the remaining space in the die hole. Fill once, compaction once, until the sixth time, the punching rod will poke the powder column in the mold hole out of the measuring plate, so that it will fall into the empty capsule below, complete the filling work.
Use the relative movement between the scraping powder block and the measuring plate to scrape the excess powder on the surface of the measuring plate to ensure the measurement requirements of the powder column.
The characteristics of the packing-type measurement method
1. The loading amount is accurate, and the difference of the loading amount of> 0.3g is controlled within ± 3%.
2. Adjust the lifting height of the punching rod to fine-tune the dose of drug filling.

 

Rejection station:

 

Use
Some empty capsules may keep the body cap still for some reason, and remain in the upper module hole; to prevent mixing into the finished product, they are removed before the capsule is closed.
Principle
A push hand that can reciprocate up and down, located between the upper module and the lower module, with a thimble hand. When the upper and lower modules rotate, the push hand stops at the lower limit position and the thimble breaks away from the upper module. When the module stops at this station, the push hand goes up and the thimble mounted on the push hand is inserted into the upper module hole.
①. If there is a pulled out capsule cap in the upper mold hole, the upward top has no impact on the capsule cap.
②. If there is an open empty capsule in the upper mold hole, the upper module is pushed out by the upward thimble and sucked into the air chamber.

 

Locking station:

 

Use

Principle
The upper and lower modules are rotated to the lock, when the axis of the upper and lower modules overlap. The upper baffle above the module begins to move against the top bar below. The upper baffle presses the capsule cap, the top rod rises, and the capsule cap body is closed and locked

 

Finished capsule discharge station:

 

Use
The finished capsules will be pushed out for collection.
Principle
The main component of the device is a discharge top rod that can reciprocate up and down. When the upper and lower modules carrying the closed capsule are rotated above the exit station and stopped, the capsule is pushed out of the module hole. The capsule was then blown into the outgoing hopper and slid into the stock barrel.

 

Cleaning station:

 

Use
The cleaning unit cleans the module for access to the next cycle.
Principle
When the upper and lower modules are dragged under the main working plate and parked at the cleaning station, they are placed at the gap of the cleaning device. At this time, the compressed air is opened, and the powder in the mold hole and the broken skin are blown out of the mold hole from the lower direction of the lower module. The vacuum suction system placed above the mold hole draws it into the vacuum cleaner to keep the mold hole clean and to facilitate the next cycle operation.
