Full Automatic Assembly & Wadding Machine
 
The defective products can be identified and are automatically
removed; and according to the demand number can set the output
production, automatic counting and other functions.
Cap sorting mechanism adds the reverse cap removal function to
ensure that all the discharge bottles cap mouths are upward.

Full Automatic Assembly and Wadding Machine

Our capping machine uses a roller packing device, which is suitable
for bottle caps with a thickness of less than 0.5mm.
Our automatic bottle cap assembling machine can reach 3000-9000
pieces / h
Our full-automatic assembly filling machine can effectively replace
manual operation, so that the gasket can be automatically inserted
into the bottle cap, realize automation and save labor cost and
time; The operation is very simple; And our control system adopts
Japanese PLC control system and man-machine interface, which
increases the flexibility of function expansion and makes the
operation of man-machine interface touch screen convenient and
fast.

Sure. We located in Zhangjiagang city which is very near Shanghai.
For overseas customers, you can fly to Shanghai Pudong
International Airport. We can
pick you up in the Airport. (or Hongqiao International Airport. )
