Due to the imbalance between the intake pressure and the pressure in the supercharger bearing body for a long time, the oil in the turbocharger leaks into the compressor through the seal under the action of the pressure difference.

 

In addition, if the amount of oil is injected too much, it will cause an inevitable increase in the lubriing oil content in the crankCA-SE ventilation system, which will cause the lubriing oil to enter the intake pipe from the crankCA-SE ventilation system.

 

Usually the PCV valve of the crankCA-SE forced ventilation system of the supercharged engine is installed between the air filter and the turbocharger compressor, that is to say, the gas ventilated by the crankCA-SE will also pass through the turbocharger and intercooler, the crankCA-SE ventilation contains oil, especially when the oil is filled too much, the oil content in the crankCA-SE ventilation will increase, when passing through the intercooler, due to the cooling and cross-sectional area changes, the oil in the ventilation system will inevitably condense into the intake pipe under the intercooler, but this has no impact on the system.
