Precautions for repairing car compressors are as follows:

1. The gap of the clutch is too large. After turning off the air conditioner, measure the clutch clearance with a stopper ruler, which is significantly larger than the standard value. This is mainly caused by the wear and tear of the clutch itself or improper adjustment when repairing the clutch.

2. There is oil on the surface of the clutch. The clutch slips due to insufficient static friction due to oil leakage in the front of the engine or inadvertent oil drops in the clutch during maintenance.

3. The clutch wears too much. The air conditioner runs for a long time, which is easy to cause clutch wear and warpage deformation, which occurs and slips.
