  Operation procedure and process:

  Swab sample extraction directly:Immerse the swab in a centrifuge tube containing 1-2mL of release reagent, vortex to mix thoroughly, let it stand at room temperature for 5minutes, spin for 3-5 seconds, and take an appropriate amount of the sample extraction product for direct nucleic acid detection.

  Extraction of liquid samples (such as serum, saliva, cells supernatant , etc.):Take 40μL of liquid       sample, add it to a centrifuge tube containing 160μL of sample release reagent (sample: release   reagent=1:4), vortex and oscillate to mix thoroughly, let it stand at room temperature for 5 minutes, spin   for 3-5 seconds, and take an appropriate amount of the sample extraction product for direct nucleic acid detection .

  Extraction of whole blood samples, hemolysis samples or other samples with high impurities:
 It is suggested to increase the proportion of releasing agent (such as, sample: releasing agent =1:9),   vortex to mix thoroughly, let it stand at room temperature for 5minutes, spin for 3-5 seconds, and take an appropriate amount of the sample extraction product for direct nucleic acid detection.
