This automatic turret micro hardness tester is a new generation of multi-functional touch screen micro hardness tester newly developed by our company. The hardness tester is novel in design, has good reliability, operability and repeatability, and is a test microhardness tester. Ideal product.
The machine adopts C language programming, high magnification optical measurement system and optical dual channel structure, photoelectric, optical couples and other new technologies, in addition to the basic Vickers hardness test requirements, the upgraded control operating system, using 7inch LCD touch screen, can provide more measurement data, control is more comprehensive and accurate.
Main functions and features:
1. The optical system designed by senior optical engineers not only has clear images, but also can be used as a simple microscope. The brightness is adjustable, the vision is comfortable, and the operation is not easy to fatigue for a long time;
2. 7inch LCD touch screen can visually display the hardness value,
conversion hardness, test method, test force, brightness, load
time, number of measurements, statistical data, upper and lower
limit measurement range, test time and other test procedures are
straightforward;
3. The system comes with a calibration function, you can manually
adjust the input error calibration instrument;
4. The brightness of the optical system can be adjusted: 0-100;
5. Can store up to 100 sets of test data, display the last 5 sets
of test data in the main interface;
6. The test force unit can be manually selected to convert to each
other, the conversion unit is: (Kgf, N)
7. Can be displayed simultaneously: maximum, minimum, average,
maximum error, sample difference;
8. The main interface can simultaneously display 5 conversion
scales, a total of 18 measurement scale conversion: HRA, HRB, HRC,
HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRH, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T,
HR45T, HV, HK, HBW;
9. Can set the upper and lower limit measurement range, displayed
on the main measurement interface;
10. The measuring scale can be converted into HK Knoop hardness;
11. HVT-1000Z models can be achieved: observation - test -
measurement of The position switch by the automatic turret to
complete;
